This is a new and limited Sumatra offering, Coming from the south shores of Lake Toba. A few exceptional small farms are employed to produce this coffee which is combined and meticulously sorted and processed. When we roasted this coffee up, it gave us a huge bold flavour reminiscent of the sumatra coffees of days gone by. Rob even called it the "heady topper of coffee". Sweet and syrupy, with big earthy body, and a hoppy punch. Yum!
